🎉 2022 TeamWorking Collaborator Highlights:

• Sage Clarity’s Annual Recurring Revenue doubled in 2022 with new partnerships with Rockwell, Aveva and Epicor and had major expansions with marquee clients Clorox, Pepsi Cola Latam bottling, ConAgra Foods and Diageo
• Chicago:Blend launched Chicago Venture Fellows in 2022 with support from GET Cities, TeamWorking by TechNexus and other tech community partners. This intensive four-month cohort program provides underrepresented, aspiring VCs with real-world experience sourcing and evaluating deal flow while expanding their networks and knowledge of VC. Last year, 22 fellows participated and three have since secured roles at local VC firms, including Neethi Nayak (Summer '22 fellow) who joined TechNexus Venture Collaborative last fall
• Vault Innovation had its 10th anniversary in December with another banner year of growth
• The Catch Co. opened two brick & mortar locations
• Evergreen Climate Innovations invested in four early-stage climate tech startups - Kadeya, Cache Energy, CorePower Magnetics, and Rebundle, launched the Heartland Climate Tech Partnership, a resource database for innovative climate tech and clean energy businesses across the Greater Midwest Region, published the 2022 Clean Jobs Midwest report, which details the size of the clean energy sector and shows how focusing recovery policies on clean energy can help reinvigorate the Midwest's economy and hosted their first, in-person climate tech conference, Co_Invest Climate, since COVID-19 (watch the recap video here)
• HirexHire grew from 9 to 14 full-time employees in 2022, hired over 150+ engineering, product, client-facing, and G&A talent for our partners, and achieved over $1M in revenue for the first time in company history
• Expo Pass’s team doubled in size
• Cellares’s Chicago team doubled in size
• Supply Hive was featured in The Future 5 of Chicago Tech, Q1 2022 
• InContext announced Lucas Blair as Chief Technology Officer
• Buoyant Ventures invested in Beni, a women-led business that is helping reduce friction on second-hand apparel shopping, partnered with Better Ventures, XYZ Venture Capital, and Chingona Ventures to support Sarah Pinner & Celine Mol as they accelerate the decarbonization of fashion’s Carbon Footprints and led Audette.io’s $9.5M raise in seed funding 
• 4Discovery opened an office in Nashville, TN with a full team and Andrew Kent joined the team as Chief Operating Officer
• FITBOD started their podcast Built where they meet with experts, share success stories and highlight challenges
• Fortinet joined Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork as a Gold Tech Partner. Together they’ve teamed up to provide cyber protection
• Gray Matter Experience’s Founder Britney Robbins, was recognized by the University of Illinois as an alum who started a business, raised $90,000 at their UNTAPPED fundraiser event, and partnered with the Illinois Science & Technology Coalition and Code Nation for The Bright Project: an opportunity to challenge students surrounding health inequities with the rare disease community
• Honeycomb Software added over 18 employees across Poland, Ukraine, and the USA, opened 5 new locations across the globe and donated more than 50k to the Ukrainian defenders
• Hoodie Analytics launched its first commercial, starring Jim Belushi of Belushi Farms
• Mozaic (FNA Jammber) was honored as a top black-founded startup at the Calibr 2022 Fall Leadership Conference, co-founder Rachel Knepp won the VISA pitch competition LGBTQ+ category and founder Marcus Cobb was featured in Royal Tech Spotlight
• Lyla announced their partnership with Hello Divorce & Bambino Sitters, who assist members and their employers in reaching their needs through collaborations, and was listed among the 10 most innovative companies to work at in 2022
• NativeMsg announced the integration of 1:1 live video chat to the nativeMsg platform
• NOW CFO partnered with SoftLedger to help companies use crypto to get their financial data faster, Founder & Chairman, Jim Bennett was featured in Utah’s 2022 economic Roundtable and NOW CFO became a sponsor of starUP Con, a place for entrepreneurs that looking to launch ad their business to the next level
• Ocient was awarded the 2022 Chicago Innovation Award at the 21st annual Chicago Innovation Awards
•  Pulse Athletic Apparel was listed in the InvestHer Directory, the most extensive global directory of women-founded companies
• RhinoDox welcomed their new Chief Revenue Officer Mike Lewis
